On January 13, a groundbreaking ceremony was held for Chongqing Yu Min Times Service and Trade Center at the promotion meeting of Chongqing Municipality’s key manufacturing start-up projects in the first quarter of 2024.

The Center is affiliated to Lianfa's Guanyinqiao project in Chongqing. It is Lianfa Group's first project to enter the core area of Jiangbei District, Chongqing, with a total construction area of 270,000 square meters and a total investment of 4.5 billion yuan. This project is jointly created by Lianfa Group and C&D Inc. to promote industrial synergy, integrate high-quality industrial resources, and launch a complex covering supply chain, integrated urban development and operation, and finance. It is intended to boost local commerce and trade development while bringing quality cultural life to the public.
