On April 24, C&D Real Estate and Zhijiang Urban Investment jointly participated in the concentrated promotion and signing ceremony of the second batch of major projects and key investment projects in 2023, held in the Xihu District of Hangzhou City. The signing ceremony took place at the site of the Zhijiang Future Community project, marking the first time C&D Real Estate has participated in a key project construction in Hangzhou.

It is reported that the Zhijiang Future Community project is one of the first batch of 24 pilot future communities in Zhejiang province and the largest in scale. The total construction area is 280,000 square meters, with a total investment exceeding 18 billion yuan. The project integrates residential, office, and commercial spaces, and includes a hotel, kindergarten, a 54-class 9-year school, neighborhood center, and talent housing and shared property housing. Upon completion, the project will greatly improve the supporting facilities in the area, enhance the overall quality of the Zhijiang planning unit, activate diverse community activity scenes, attract a wider population, and become a new benchmark for future communities and a new urban landmark.
