On February 28, the former Gulangyu Cadre Sanatorium, which was taken over by C&D Tourism Group, was newly opened and renamed "Gulangyu Guliao Resort Hotel". The hotel is located on the southeastern seaside of Gulangyu Island, the jewel of Xiamen, covering an area of 16,000 square meters, boasting a beautiful courtyard environment and 86 rooms of various types. It is the first hotel operated and managed by C&D Tourism Group on Gulangyu Island.
C&D Tourism Group was established in 2003, focusing on high and mid-end hotel services and tourism industry investment, with two brands of "C&D Hotel Xiamen" high-end hotels and "Yihao" boutique business hotels, and manages nearly 30 hotels.
