Two companies affiliated with C&D make the list of the top 50 national real estate enterprises in 2021

Among the top 50 national real estate enterprises released recently, two real estate development companies affiliated to C&D Group, C&D Real Estate Corp., Ltd. and Lianfa Group Co., Ltd., repeated their ranking on the list.
Among them, C&D Real Estate Corp., Ltd. took the 36th place in the 2021 Top 500 Chinese Real Estate Development Enterprises released on March 16, one position ahead of the previous year. This is the 10th consecutive year that the company has entered the top 50 list.
Lianfa Group Co., Ltd. occupied the 43rd place in the 2021 Top 100 Chinese Real Estate Enterprises released on March 18, two places better than the previous year, marking the fourth consecutive year for it to enter the top 50 list.
